The customer places an order on the website www.soome.be. To purchase one or more items, you must follow the following ordering process:
- Select items and add to basket
- Validation of basket contents
- Identification on the website or registration on the identification form with all the contact details requested.
- Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions
- Payment confirmation
The customer will receive an order confirmation email.
The customer will be able to view at any time during the ordering process the details of his order as well as his total price and correct any errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance.
SRL ORTHO.BE reserves ownership of the items until full payment of the order, i.e. receipt of the order price by SRL ORTHO.BE.
SRL ORTHO.BE reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale.
SRL ORTHO.BE undertakes to honour orders received on the website only while stocks last.
6. Basis of Payment
Payment for purchases is made via:
• By credit card
- Paypal
7. Shipping and delivery times
The items are delivered in the manufacturer’s pouch (without cardboard packaging) so that they can be delivered directly to your mailbox.
All orders placed on the soome.be website before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared the same day and dispatched as soon as possible, subject to validation of payment.
SRL ORTHO.BE undertakes to deliver the orders placed by the Customer within the agreed timeframes.
The customer is required to check the good condition of the delivered items. Any anomaly found (missing item, damaged package, broken item, etc.) must be reported within 3 business days, to SRL ORTHO.BE, following receipt.
8. Withdrawal Period: exchange or return
Not happy with a purchase from 100%? You have 14 days to think it over and send it back for a refund!
Contact our Customer Service department, who will immediately provide you with all the information you need to return your item.
In accordance with Article VI.49 paragraph 1 of the Code of Economic Law, it is the consumer's responsibility to return the item (at their own expense) in its original packaging.
To assert your right of withdrawal, you must return the complete order (or desired item) in its packaging with the labels not detached, inside a solid cardboard suitable for shipping. Returned items already worn, incomplete, damaged or damaged (all products without labels or original packaging) cannot be taken back or exchanged.
To avoid any problems, we advise you to send your parcel using a tracking system (such as Colissimo). No trace of use should appear on the product you are returning.
ATTENTION: you will not receive a confirmation message to let you know that we have received your return. The refund will be made shortly after the return has been checked.
